- Gather, document, and review all cellular billing accounts
- Document all cellular telephone numbers, plans, and ancillary features, plan expiration dates, and phone replacement dates
- Analyze a minimum three months of cellular usage
- Produce average costs and cellular usage reports
- Deliver cost saving recommendations. Remaining with your current supplier(s) is the preferred method unless you are unhappy with your current supplier’s service. In this case an alternate supplier will be offered.
Cell Phone Optimization
WayComm can implement all/some of the audit recommendations
- Obtain any necessary supplier contracts, review for accuracy, and present to client for approval
- Identify and arrange for all required services for implementation
- Provide technical support as required during implementation and for 24 months after implementation
- Review cellular billing monthly and recommend plan changes as necessary to manage costs for 24 months
- Order services, equipment (handsets), and manage all change requests as required during 24 month contract period – no additional fee for this service.
