Q: HOW DO YOUR CLIENTS PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
A: The fee for audit & optimization services are contingency-based and there are no up-front costs or obligations. Clients pay a percentage of the actual documented savings resulting from our recommendations and implementation. If you do not accept our recommendations, you owe us nothing.
Clients may also choose an hourly consulting arrangement for project-based services such as contract negotiations and office relocations.
Q: IS THERE ANY COST TO MEET WITH YOU?
A: Not at all. All of our optimization services are risk-free and are provided with no up-front costs. Our first meeting is simply an exploratory meeting to see if we can lower your telecommunications costs. If we agree that an opportunity exists, we will gather the necessary information, conduct an in-depth analysis, and present recommendations upon completion of our analysis.
Q: WHAT IF YOU CAN’T SAVE MY COMPANY ANY MONEY? DO WE STILL PAY A FEE?
